Returns and Exchanges
Although Last Chance Tackle (LCT) tries to insure high product quality and that our customers are well informed before a purchase is made, we recognize that you don’t always get what you want. The internet can be limited and things are not always what they seem, some products might not meet your expectations. That’s why we’re committed to creating a hassle free return policy.
You may return a product within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days all returns will require a Return Form and will be accepted on an inspection basis only. Information on returning products for warranty issues can be found in the section on warranties below.
Almost all products can be returned for a refund or exchange. However products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in the original condition they were sold in. Clothing, shoes, apparel, etc., should be unwashed, unworn and clean of dirt, stains, animal hair, etc. Customers must have an original receipt or invoice in order to receive a refund or exchange. Products returned without either a receipt or an invoice will require a Return Form and will only be credited after an inspection by LCT quality control.
LCT cannot refund shipping and freight charges. Some exceptions may apply. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items due to LCT error the merchandise and shipping can both be refunded. Certain restrictions may apply. For more information please see our section on defective product below. All LCT packages are insured so that product lost or damaged during shipping can be either replace or refunded. Also note that LCT cannot be responsible or refund products that were lost being shipped to Last Chance Tackle. We suggest all packages being sent to LCT are properly insured and protected to avoid loss. All returned packages should be sent to LCT’s customer service center at:

Returns with an invoice or receipt will be refunded at the full purchase price in the original method of payment (Products paid for in cash will receive a cash refund; Products paid for with a credit card will have charges credited to the same credit account, etc). Returns made without an original receipt or invoice should be accompanied with one of LCT’s Return Forms so we can track your order and refund or exchange your product accordingly. Orders which cannot be found will be issued shop credit towards other LCT merchandise. LCT reserves the right to limit the number of returns a customer can make and refuse refunds or exchanges to damaged product.
Products are deemed defective by either LCT or the manufacturer. Within 30 days all defective items will be accepted as returns and appropriately replaced or refunded. After 30 days a Return Form will be required for the product to be assessed. All defective products should be sent back to LCT customer support dept. Our quality control staff will either determine that the product is defective by our standards or contact the manufacturer for quality control and replacement options. If the product is considered defective by LCT standards a replacement or refund will be issued. All manufacturer information and replacement options will be passed on through LCT to the customer. All warranty items will be replace when permissible and appropriate.
LCT accepts returns and replaces defective product when appropriate, as well as insuring all outgoing packages to protect against loss and damages. Along with our commitment to provide the best customer service possible many of the manufacturers we represent offer additional warranties for their products. Many Manufacturers represented by LCT have various warranty options. Customers may inquire about a warranty directly with the manufacturer or authorized dealer such as LCT. Please contact LCT for additional information and questions. After 30 days from the purchase date, all warranty issues should be directed by the customer to the manufacturer or authorized dealer.
We respect the privacy of all our customers. All and any information collected by LCT will be strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without permission. This includes emails, contact information, and purchasing history. Tournament fishermen can shop with confidence that their best kept secrets will stay that way, secrets. Information collect by LCT will be held with care and never used in any way that has not been consented to.
